When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to PaparazziBusinessCards.com you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold PaparazziBusinessCards.com and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by PaparazziBusinessCards.com in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
Returns and Guarantee
If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund between 5 and 10 business days. Certain circumstances are beyond PaparazziBusinessCards.com’s control and may not be covered by the Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

PaparazziBusinessCards.com is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that PaparazziBusinessCards.com is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We simply never do that sort of thing.
The information such as Name, Email, Billing Address, Shipping Address are captured only for verifying payment of product and shipping destination of ordered product.
The only emails sent to users will be information regarding the order that was placed through the PaparazziBusinessCards.com website. This information is product detail, cost and shipping information.

Print As Is
Once a printing order is submitted, the next step in the process is to have the image “plated”. To keep up with our fast turnaround time, this step is usually done within the hour of the order being placed.
Once the image is plated, the customer will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of the order and no changes can be done. Customer can choose to cancel the shipping of the materials for a partial refund (shipping charges), but the order will be printed and no cancellations will be accepted for a refund of the printed materials.
5% Over Under Rule
As a general rule, printing companies can charge for up to ten percent overs. This goes for paperback book printers, hardcover book printers, catalog printers, magazine printers, even vendors that print newsletters or provide brochure printing. They can also deliver up to ten percent fewer copies than ordered. This is industry standard.
“Overage” refers to copies above and beyond the stated press run. These copies are produced to allow for make-ready (set-up operations) and spoilage during the various components of the printing and finishing process.
To keep costs down for clients PaparazziBusinessCards.com has a 5% Over Under Rule. Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, PaparazziBusinessCards.com reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.
By placing an order in which requires delivery, the customer agrees they have confirmed the shipping address provided is valid. In the event the shipping address is not valid, the delivery will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return.
Shipments from PaparazziBusinessCards.com are made through the UPS service. UPS does not offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. The shipping address for orders should be physical addresses and not P.O. Box addresses. In the event that an order is placed with a P.O Box address in the shipping field, the order will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return.
Orders marked for “Pick Up” and later changed to “Shipping” will incur a 5% charge based on the original reception selection.
Failure to abide by said terms will result in suspension or termination of affiliate account and affiliate will will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Use of Promotions
If a product ordered through the PaparazziBusinessCards.com website is used for promotion, PaparazziBusinessCards.com reserves the right to use an image of the product in its own promotions including website images, printing catalogue and promotional videos.
